PIIN is a Wine Restaurant borne out of a passion for Burgundy wines, by the owners of two of the region’s most impressive domaines — Château de Meursault and Château de Marsannay.
The wine program features more than 2,000 wines and is intended to make Burgundy wines, often considered the most expensive and prestigious in the world, approachable to all. The program focuses on rare vintages as well as older large format bottles, many of which are available by the glass.
The impressive wine concept is supported by a menu of elevated Cantonese cuisine by former Fook Lam Moon alumni Chef Ming. Intended to be enjoyed in a range of tasting plates which celebrate texture and authentic Cantonese flavor — ideal partners for PIIN’s expertly curated wines.
With approachability at the heart of PIIN’s values, regular masterclasses and winemaker dinners will be hosted throughout the year.
